Solberry Seabuckthorn Ice Pops make a refreshing frozen treat. Seabuckthorn is a fantastic berry to use in frozen snacks. Its tartness combined with a little bit of honey will make your treat delightful, refreshing and healthy! Seabuckthorn is one the world’s most nutritionally complete foods. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties due to the unique combination of over 190 bio-available nutrients found in this berry. Seabuckthorn berry, amount other nutrients, contains serotonin which is an energiser and anti-depressant.
100 g spring water
30 g Solberry puree
22 g honey
Mix Solberry seabuckthorn puree with water and honey. Fill your ice pop molds and put in the freezer until fully frozen.
You can add different fruits to make it more colorful. In this presentation I also used tart cherry puree and kiwi.
1-2 kiwi fruit
30 g Solberry tart cherry puree
If you prefer to have different layers, you would need to freeze every layer separately.
