Solberry Tart Cherry Dressing with Figs
Solberry Tart Cherry Dressing with Figs is a healthy way to eat your salad.
Make any recipe ideas healthier by adding Solberry Tart Cherry! You can make adjustments to this dressing. Just remove garlic altogether for sweeter dressing with your fruit plate.
- ¾ cup + 3 Tbsp. (170 g) Solberry Cherry Puree
- 1 Tbsp. (7 g) chia seeds
- ¼ cup (50g) water
- 1-2 figs (soaked)
- 1 Tbsp. (15 g) lemon
- 2 Tbsp. (20 g) oil
- 1 clove (about 1.5 g) garlic
- ¼ Tsp. salt or to taste
- 1 Tsp. fresh thyme
- Black pepper to taste
Soak chia seeds in water until they take on a chewy texture reminiscent of tapioca pudding, about 10 minutes. Add Solberry Tart Cherry Puree, finely diced figs, lemon, salt, oil and garlic. Whisk all together. Add pepper and fresh thyme. Enjoy with your favourite salad or use as a dipping for vegetables.
